Areas of Practice

Leslie represents clients in the following areas of family law practice:

  • Divorce

  • Marital Settlement Agreements

  • Allocation of child decision-making and parenting time (formerly known as custody and visitation)

  • Child support

  • Maintenance

  • Discovery, valuation and division of marital assets and debts

  • Dissolution of Civil Unions

  • Appeals

  • Prenuptial Agreements

  • Postnuptial Agreements

  • Paternity

  • Post-Decree Matters

  • Orders of Protection

Leslie’s clients are represented at all times by her. In many other family law practices, the client hires a partner of a firm but is primarily represented by a less-tested associate attorney. Leslie’s clients know that the attorney they hired will be the attorney they will work with from the start to finish of their case and that they can expect the results that only an experienced attorney can obtain for them.

Leslie represents both men and women. Her representative clients include business owners, executives, educators, professional athletes, media personalities, physicians, lawyers, financial professionals, government employees, working men and women and stay-at-home spouses.

“Leslie’s experience as a negotiator and knowledge of the law were the key to resolving the difficult parenting and financial issues in my case.”
